Hamid Sarfraz holds an MPhil degree in Sociology, with academic interests in governance, environment and water policy
Mr. Sarfraz has more than 27 years of experience in strategy development, programme management, research and analysis. For more than a decade he worked with IUCN ensuring a coherent and robust programme of the Union in Pakistan. Earlier, he was engaged in a number of consulting assignments, in addition to teaching social psychology to postgraduate students at the University of Balochistan. In 2013 he set up dev~consult where his clients include ADB, CIDA, DAI, DRC, GEF, GIZ, IUCN, Netherlands Government, NORAD, NRSP, PPAF, RSPN, SDC, UNDP, USAID, WaterAid and Winrock International. He has extensive experience of working with federal and provincial governments; and the civil society organisations.
